Trainings 2024 Genotoul-Biostat
The biostatistics platform offers training courses that are updated annually.
More specific modules are organised from time to time, such as a module on the bioinformatics and biostatistics processing of RNASeq data in collaboration with the Genotoul-Bioinfo platform.

- 20 June 2024 – Graphics with R – ggplot2,
- 2 July 2024 – Introduction to single-cell RNA-seq data analysis with Seurat (coming soon),
- 18-19 September 2024 – Neural networks and deep learning with Keras,
- 15 October 2024 – Introduction to the R package data.table: “high-performance data.frame”,
- 18-20 November 2024 – Building a shiny application (coming soon),
- Introduction to statistics with R (coming soon),
- Machine learning (CART, Random forest, …coming soon).

Registration for all courses is subject to availability.

Fees:
- For these courses, including coffee breaks, lunch and administration costs :
Academic: €150 excluding VAT / day,
Private sector: €300 excluding VAT / day.
A certificate of attendance may be issued at the end of the course.
- For “privatised” training (request for 10 to 30 people), a fixed price of:
1,500 excluding VAT / day for training without TP (one speaker),
2,000 excluding VAT / day for a course with practical work (two speakers),
