The TRI Platform is honored through the presentation of the CNRS Cristal Medal to Fatima-Ezzahra L’Faqihi-Olive.
In charge of the CPTP’s technical facility of cytometry and cell sorting, part of the TRI-Genotoul platform, Fatima teaches in master’s degree of immunology at the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse.
In recent years she developed several advanced techniques of cytometry (FRET technique by cytometry, adaptation and improvement of the « fluorescent cell barcoding » technique with functional test of cytotoxicity…). These developments, which constitute significant advances in the field, have been the subject of several scientific publications and a chapter of the book Flow cytometry.
