SeqOccIn: expertise in DNA sequencing “long fragments”

The SeqOccIn project (Sequencing Occitanie Innovation), supported by Genotoul GeT-PlaGe (Genome and Transcriptome platform) and Bioinfo (Bioinformatics Platform) Inra platforms has been selected by the Occitanie Region for FEDER funding.
This project, which also involve four INRA laboratories and 14 companies, is mainly oriented towards the development of advanced expertise in the use of different sequencing technologies and in particular those allowing the sequencing of long DNA fragments into single molecules.
